I’m not sure what to do it feels tight and I can’t be comfortable in any way or fall asleep cause it doesn’t feel normal like my other leg.

I jogged for past 3 days have a pain in my calf now ...I try this stretches for 30 mins slowly and get a relief from this pain..its very helpful for pain relief...thanks to Doctor Jo

Did 5 sets of 20 calf raises and i was not able to walk yesterday this did help in reducing the pain also try the tennis ball rolling massage.. have a speedy recovery.

Thank you so much Doctor Jo. I was in pain for over a week until I found this video. After doing all the stretches and exercises shown just once, I am pain free! It’s like a miracle cure!

I've been suffering from restless leg syndrome for 15+ years, tried massages, running, massage machines but all eventually turns out to be useless. When finally I found your channel. My GAWDDDDD.. you're God sent.. now i can sleep peacefully.

How often can a person do these exercises, per day, without harm? I plan on doing them all throughout the day, consistently. I noticed immediate blood flow, once I did the belt stretch, and the runners stretch. This must work.

Thanks, Dr. Jo! Your videos help me yet again. My calves have been so tight I could barely walk after taking a long walk the other day (not used to it, but getting there). This helped so much. Still sore, but the tightness is greatly reduced. Thanks for what you do!
